1. Agreement and service provider

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Micheal Pacitto, operating as PatchyHub in Ontario, Canada (“PatchyHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using PatchyHub, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use PatchyHub for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

PatchyHub is a documentation, mapping, and account-understanding service for HighLevel users. It can import and organize HighLevel configuration, generate documentation and analysis, manage teams, track releases, and publish selected documentation through share links. Features may change as the service changes.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing invitations, member roles, and access to their workspace.

4. HighLevel connections and imports

When you connect a HighLevel account or import HighLevel data, you instruct PatchyHub to access and process the selected account information for the requested feature. You confirm that you are authorized to provide that access and to process the imported information. PatchyHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel, and HighLevel's own terms continue to govern your HighLevel account.

5. Shared documentation and maps

A public share link is a capability link: anyone who has the active link can view the content exposed by it without a PatchyHub account. You are responsible for choosing what to share, deciding who receives the link, and replacing or deactivating it when access should end. A share link does not verify the recipient's identity.

6. AI features

PatchyHub uses Anthropic's API to provide AI chat, analysis, and generated documentation. When you use an AI feature, the prompt and relevant workspace content are sent to Anthropic for processing. The Privacy Policy explains that processing in more detail.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it to change a live HighLevel account. PatchyHub's AI analysis is not legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other professional advice.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

7.1 Free plan

PatchyHub offers a free plan with unlimited records, unlimited team members, core documentation features, and basic AI chat. Automated AI management, unbranded shared views, embeds, and other paid capabilities require a paid plan.

7.2 Paid plans

For new subscriptions, PatchyHub offers Pro ($64/month or $640/year) and Agency ($199/month or $1,990/year). Agency includes the right to use PatchyHub's client-facing documentation in your client-delivery operations. Charges are billed in advance through Stripe for the selected monthly or annual period.

7.3 AI-managed asset limits

Pro covers AI management for up to 3,000 unique assets per calendar month. Agency covers up to 15,000. Usage is measured as the highest number of unique assets placed in AI-managed modules during the month; removing or disabling an asset does not reduce that month's count. After the applicable limit is reached, new model-based asset analysis may pause until the next calendar month. Imports, deterministic features, documentation, chat, and previously generated results remain available.

7.4 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, PatchyHub does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to PatchyHub. You grant PatchyHub a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and to provide the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process the content.

9. Privacy and security

The Privacy Policy explains what PatchyHub processes, who can access it, service-provider disclosures, retention, and deletion. Confirmed technical controls, current provider dependencies, incident commitments, and the limits of PatchyHub's certification status are published on the Trust & Safety page.

10. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the service unlawfully or violate another person's rights.
Access a workspace, shared link, or connected account without authorization.
Probe, bypass, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, or service operation.
Upload malware or use PatchyHub to distribute harmful code or content.
Use automation that places unreasonable load on the service or bypasses documented interfaces.
Resell the PatchyHub service itself unless PatchyHub has agreed in writing.

11. PatchyHub property

PatchyHub, its software, branding, interface, and original service content are owned by Micheal Pacitto or the applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. Your content remains yours as described above.

12. Third-party services

PatchyHub depends on third-party services, including HighLevel and the providers identified on the Trust & Safety page. Their services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits. PatchyHub is not responsible for a third-party service outside PatchyHub's control.

13. Suspension and termination

PatchyHub may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to unlawful activity, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms. You may stop using PatchyHub at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Service availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PatchyHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that imported HighLevel information will include every field or reflect changes that have not been imported. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatchyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

16. Changes to the service or Terms

PatchyHub may change the service and these Terms. The current Terms will remain available on this page with their effective date. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before a material change to these Terms takes effect unless a faster change is required for law, security, or urgent service protection.

17. Ontario law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any rights that cannot be waived, disputes will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
